Bill Brooks started his company in 1946 through his experience in construction during World War II. As an airguardsman during the war, Bill had been building barracks. When he returned home, he took the skills he had learned and founded Brooks Construction.
From these humble beginnings, Bill’s hard work helped him build a reputation for quality concrete. In 1986, his son Ray bought the business with his close friend John to continue the work his father had started.
